How to cancel Atrium Magazin by mail
Find your account details
Atrium Magazin will look your account up from what the letter says, so check the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number first.
Set out the request
Postbye writes the letter in German from our German template, because Atrium Magazin's address is in Switzerland. It opens with the subject line “Betreff: Kündigungsanfrage – [your name]” and asks Atrium Magazin to end the subscription, stop all further charges and confirm in writing.
Mail it with tracking
Send it certified to Zürich, Switzerland, copying the address from the next section letter for letter, and keep the receipt slip.
File the delivery record
Once the letter is delivered, the date on the receipt is the date Atrium Magazin was told. Compare it with your statements over the next billing cycle.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Before you cancel Atrium Magazin, check these
- Use the same name and email as on the account. A mismatch can delay the request.
- Check your next statement: no charge should appear after the cancellation date.
- Look for annual or multi-month plans. A plan paid in advance usually runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

How cancelling by mail works
A subscription ends when the company records your request, not when you stop using it, and a letter is the record you can show later.
Putting the request in writing means there is a date on file for when you asked, which matters if a charge appears afterwards.
