Postbye writes a cancellation letter for the subscription you name and mails it to the company by certified mail with tracking. We send you the delivery proof and then check that the cancellation went through.

Postbye is an independent service. We are not affiliated with the companies we write to, and we cannot make a company act on your request. What we promise is the letter, the proof of delivery and the follow-up.

Each cancellation letter costs $23.99, taxes included. You pay it once at checkout, before the letter is mailed. It covers writing the letter, printing it, certified mail with tracking, the delivery proof and our confirmation check.

Every order includes a 7-day trial of Postbye Plus. The trial itself costs nothing. If you do nothing, Postbye Plus renews after the trial and then every 4 weeks until you cancel.

You can cancel Postbye Plus at any time in your account. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged for it. After that, cancelling stops all future renewals.

If we cannot get your subscription cancelled, you are covered by our money-back guarantee within 10 business days. Write to support@postbye.com and we will refund the one-time fee.

Give us accurate details about yourself and the account you want to cancel, and only order for accounts you are allowed to cancel. A wrong name, address or account number can stop a letter from working, and a letter sent to a wrong address cannot be delivered.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
