Postbye only uses your information to cancel your subscription and run your account. We do not sell it.
What we collect
Your name, mailing address and email address, the company you want to cancel and the account details you give us for it. If you add a date for the cancellation, we keep that too.
Your payment is handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
We also collect basic information about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, to keep it fast and clear.
How we use it
To write and mail your letter, send you tracking and delivery proof, confirm the cancellation, take payment, run your Postbye Plus trial and answer your questions.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us deliver your order: the print and mail provider that sends your letter, our payment providers, and the email and hosting services we use to run Postbye. Your name and address appear on the letter that goes to the company. We do not sell your information.
Security
Your details travel over a secure connection and are used only for the purposes above.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your order records for as long as we need them to run the service and answer questions about your order. To see what we hold about you or to have it deleted, write to support@postbye.com and we will take care of it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
