How Postbye cancels a subscription by mail

You tell us who to cancel. We write a formal cancellation letter, mail it by certified mail the next business day, and email you the signed proof when the company receives it.

Start your cancellation

You see the full letter before it is mailed.

Four steps, start to proof

  1. Tell us who to cancel

Search for the company and add your name, email and address as they appear on the account. It takes about two minutes, and you see your letter as you type.

  2. We print your letter

Your letter goes to the company’s mailing address from our database, or to its dedicated cancellation address when it has one.

  3. We mail it by certified mail

Your letter is mailed by USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt, usually the next business day. The same day, we email you the tracking number and a copy of the letter.

  4. You get the signed proof

When the company signs for your letter, we email you the signed delivery proof. Then we follow up to confirm your cancellation went through.

What we need from you

Only what the company needs to find your account. No passwords and no logins.

Your name and address
As they appear on the account, so the company can match your letter to your record.
Your email address
Where we send the tracking number, the copy of your letter and the delivery proof.
Your account number, if you have it
It is on your bill or welcome email. Without one, your name, address and email do the same job.
When it should end
As soon as possible, or on a date you choose. The date is written into your letter.
