How do you find and check company addresses?
Short answer
Your letter goes to the mailing address we hold for the company in our cancellation database, which has one for 8,582 companies. For 476 of them, our team checked the cancellation details by hand against the company’s own pages, and each of those guides shows the date it was checked.
Where our addresses come from
Our cancellation database covers 8,658 companies. Each company guide says where its details come from: a “Verified” date when we checked them against the company’s own pages, or the date our database was last updated.
Cancellation addresses come first
When a company names a dedicated address for cancellations, such as a P.O. box, your letter goes there instead of to its head office.
When no address is on file
If we hold no mailing address for a company, we confirm one before your letter is mailed, and we email you as soon as it goes out.
If a letter comes back
If the post office returns a letter, we check the company’s mailing address and email you the next step.
Check it yourself
Every company guide shows the mailing address we hold. Compare it with your agreement or your latest bill. Find your company.
