How long does it take?
Short answer
We mail your letter the next business day after you order. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days. After that, the company processes your request, and how long that takes depends on its own rules.
The timeline
- You order. Your order email gives the date your letter will be mailed.
- The next business day, your letter is mailed and we email you the tracking number.
- Usually 2 to 5 business days later, the company signs for it and we email you the signed delivery proof.
- The company processes your cancellation, and we follow up to confirm it went through.
Weekends and holidays
We mail letters every business day. An order placed on a Friday, a weekend or a holiday is mailed on the next business day.
Notice periods
Some agreements need notice a set number of days before the next billing date, and a company may count from the day your letter arrives. The cancellation deadline calculator works out the latest day to send it.
Choosing when it ends
When you order, you choose whether the subscription should end as soon as possible or on a date you pick. The date is written into your letter.
