How to cancel Baidu Netdisk by mail
Collect the details you need
Check the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number before anything else. A request that does not match the account on file at Baidu Netdisk is the easiest one to set aside.
Write your request
Postbye drafts the request in Chinese, the language of China, with “主题：取消请求 – [your name]” as the subject line. It asks Baidu Netdisk to close the subscription, stop billing and confirm in writing.
Mail it with tracking
Send it certified to Beijing, China, copying the address from the next section letter for letter, and keep the receipt slip.
Save the tracking record
The receipt dates your request. Look at your next statement for any Baidu Netdisk charge after that date.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Before you cancel Baidu Netdisk, check these
- If an app store or phone carrier bills you, the company cannot cancel it. Cancel with that partner as well.
- Cancelling usually ends access at the end of the period you paid for, so you keep what you paid for until then.
- Use the same name and email as on the account. A mismatch can delay the request.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

How cancelling by mail works
Most subscriptions keep billing until someone tells the company to stop, and a dated letter is proof that somebody did.
A letter is the formal route: it states the request in writing, carries a date and, sent by certified mail, comes with proof of delivery.
