How to cancel Bildungswerk Sport by mail
Start with your account details
Check the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number before anything else. A request that does not match the account on file at Bildungswerk Sport is the easiest one to set aside.
Set out the request
Bildungswerk Sport is based in Germany, so the letter goes out in German, built from our German template. Subject line: “Betreff: Kündigungsanfrage – [your name]”. It asks for the subscription to end, for further charges to stop and for written confirmation.
Mail the letter with a receipt
Send the letter to the Schifferstadt mailing address shown below by certified mail. Keep the tracking number safe.
Keep the delivery receipt
The receipt dates your request. Look at your next statement for any Bildungswerk Sport charge after that date.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Before you cancel Bildungswerk Sport, check these
- If an app store or phone carrier bills you, the company cannot cancel it. Cancel with that partner as well.
- Cancelling usually ends access at the end of the period you paid for, so you keep what you paid for until then.
- Use the same name and email as on the account. A mismatch can delay the request.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

How cancelling by mail works
