How to cancel Christ Sucht Christ by mail
Find your account details
Before writing, collect the email address or phone number on the profile and the subscription length you chose. Christ Sucht Christ can only act on a request it can match to an account.
Put the request in writing
Postbye drafts the request in German, the language of Switzerland, with “Betreff: Kündigungsanfrage – [your name]” as the subject line. It asks Christ Sucht Christ to close the subscription, stop billing and confirm in writing.
Mail the letter with a receipt
Use certified mail for the 6417 Sattel address in the next section, so the post office records the delivery. Write down the tracking number.
Hold on to the receipt
Once the letter is delivered, the date on the receipt is the date Christ Sucht Christ was told. Compare it with your statements over the next billing cycle.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Cancelling a dating subscription
Dating subscriptions often renew in multi-month blocks, and deleting the profile or the app does not stop the billing, so the request has to end the subscription itself.
A mailed letter is slower than a phone call but it is the version that proves what you asked for and when.
