How to cancel Fox Sport by mail
Collect the details you need
Put the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number in front of you before you write: the request to Fox Sport is only as good as the details it quotes.
Prepare the letter
The request is prepared in Spanish (template es), under the subject line “Asunto: Solicitud de cancelación – [your name]”: end the subscription, stop all further charges and confirm in writing to you.
Mail the letter with a receipt
Send the letter to the El Prat de Llobregat mailing address shown below by certified mail. Keep the tracking number safe.
Save the tracking record
Once the letter is delivered, the date on the receipt is the date Fox Sport was told. Compare it with your statements over the next billing cycle.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Before you cancel Fox Sport, check these
- Write well before the next billing date. A request that arrives after it can leave one more charge on your statement.
- If an app store or phone carrier bills you, the company cannot cancel it. Cancel with that partner as well.
- Cancelling usually ends access at the end of the period you paid for, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

How cancelling by mail works
Subscriptions renew automatically, and a written request is the clearest record that you asked to stop it before the next billing date.
A mailed letter is slower than a phone call but it is the version that proves what you asked for and when.
