How to cancel Gong Verlag by mail
Find your account details
Gong Verlag will look your account up from what the letter says, so check the email on the account, the delivery address for print copies and the subscription or reference number from your latest invoice first.
Write your request
Postbye writes the letter in German from our German template, because Gong Verlag's address is in Germany. It opens with the subject line “Betreff: Kündigungsanfrage – [your name]” and asks Gong Verlag to end the subscription, stop all further charges and confirm in writing.
Send the letter by certified mail
Use certified mail for the 85737 Ismaning address in the next section, so the post office records the delivery. Write down the tracking number.
Save the tracking record
Delivery confirmation is your evidence that Gong Verlag was asked. Watch the next statement or two for any further Gong Verlag charge.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Cancelling a news or magazine subscription
Publishers often move you from an introductory price to the standard rate and can steer cancellations towards phone or chat, so a written request is the record that you asked.
A letter is the formal route: it states the request in writing, carries a date and, sent by certified mail, comes with proof of delivery.
