How to cancel Infinity Selection by mail
Note your account details
Put the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number in front of you before you write: the request to Infinity Selection is only as good as the details it quotes.
Write your request
Postbye writes the letter in Italian from our Italian template, because Infinity Selection's address is in Italy. It opens with the subject line “Oggetto: Richiesta di cancellazione – [your name]” and asks Infinity Selection to end the subscription, stop all further charges and confirm in writing.
Mail the letter with a receipt
Use certified mail for the 20121 Milano address in the next section, so the post office records the delivery. Write down the tracking number.
Keep proof the letter arrived
It shows the date Infinity Selection received your letter. Check your next statement: no Infinity Selection charge should post after the cancellation date.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.
Where your Infinity Selection cancellation letter goes

Before you cancel Infinity Selection, check these
- Look for annual or multi-month plans. A plan paid in advance usually runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Write well before the next billing date. A request that arrives after it can leave one more charge on your statement.
- If an app store or phone carrier bills you, the company cannot cancel it. Cancel with that partner as well.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

How cancelling by mail works
Most subscriptions keep billing until someone tells the company to stop, and a dated letter is proof that somebody did.
A mailed letter is slower than a phone call but it is the version that proves what you asked for and when.
