How to cancel Micro Creche Les Petits Lions by mail
Gather your account details
You will need the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number. Use exactly the details Micro Creche Les Petits Lions holds, so the request can be matched to your account.
Put the request in writing
Postbye writes the letter in French from our French template, because Micro Creche Les Petits Lions's address is in France. It opens with the subject line “Objet : Demande d'annulation – [your name]” and asks Micro Creche Les Petits Lions to end the subscription, stop all further charges and confirm in writing.
Send it by certified mail
Take the letter to the post office and ask for certified delivery to 37200 Tours. Keep the tracking number it gives you.
Keep the delivery receipt
File the receipt with the letter. A Micro Creche Les Petits Lions charge dated after delivery is the one to dispute, and these two documents are what you quote.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.
