How to cancel Neue Verlagsgesellschaft by mail
Collect the details you need
You will need the email on the account, the delivery address for print copies and the subscription or reference number from your latest invoice. Use exactly the details Neue Verlagsgesellschaft holds, so the request can be matched to your account.
Put the request in writing
Postbye writes the letter in German from our German template, because Neue Verlagsgesellschaft's address is in Germany. It opens with the subject line “Betreff: Kündigungsanfrage – [your name]” and asks Neue Verlagsgesellschaft to end the subscription, stop all further charges and confirm in writing.
Mail the letter with a receipt
Take the letter to the post office and ask for certified delivery to 77652 Offenburg. Keep the tracking number it gives you.
File the delivery record
The receipt dates your request. Look at your next statement for any Neue Verlagsgesellschaft charge after that date.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Cancelling a news or magazine subscription

Putting the request in writing means there is a date on file for when you asked, which matters if a charge appears afterwards.
