How to cancel QQ Music by mail
Find your account details
QQ Music will look your account up from what the letter says, so check the email address on the account, the plan name and, if you can find it, the billing partner shown on your latest statement first.
Write the cancellation request
The request is prepared in Chinese (template zh), under the subject line “主题：取消请求 – [your name]”: end the subscription, stop all further charges and confirm in writing to you.
Post it with proof of delivery
Use certified mail for the 518000 Shenzhen address in the next section, so the post office records the delivery. Write down the tracking number.
File the delivery record
It shows the date QQ Music received your letter. Check your next statement: no QQ Music charge should post after the cancellation date.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Before you cancel QQ Music, check these
- If an app store, phone carrier or TV provider bills you, the service itself cannot cancel it. Cancel with the billing partner as well.
- Access normally runs to the end of the period you paid for, so a cancellation does not shorten what you already bought.
- Bundles and add-on channels can be billed separately from the base plan. Ask for every line to be cancelled.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

Cancelling a streaming or entertainment subscription
Streaming plans renew silently each month, and many are billed by a partner such as an app store or a TV provider rather than the service itself, so the request has to reach whoever actually bills you.
A phone call leaves nothing behind; a letter leaves a copy, a date and a delivery receipt.
