How to cancel Qvc Insider by mail
Collect the details you need
Qvc Insider will look your account up from what the letter says, so check your member number, the name on the membership and the renewal date shown on your latest invoice first.
Write the cancellation request
Qvc Insider is based in Germany, so the letter goes out in German, built from our German template. Subject line: “Betreff: Kündigungsanfrage – [your name]”. It asks for the subscription to end, for further charges to stop and for written confirmation.
Post the letter
Address the envelope to Qvc Insider, Münster, exactly as printed in the next section. Certified mail gives you a tracking number and a delivery record.
File the delivery record
Delivery confirmation is your evidence that Qvc Insider was asked. Watch the next statement or two for any further Qvc Insider charge.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.
