How to cancel RoI is King by mail
Start with your account details
You will need the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number. Use exactly the details RoI is King holds, so the request can be matched to your account.
Write your request
RoI is King is based in Netherlands, so the letter goes out in Dutch, built from our Dutch template. Subject line: “Onderwerp: annuleringsverzoek – [your name]”. It asks for the subscription to end, for further charges to stop and for written confirmation.
Mail it with tracking
Send the letter to the Breda mailing address shown below by certified mail. Keep the tracking number safe.
Keep the proof of delivery
File the receipt with the letter. A RoI is King charge dated after delivery is the one to dispute, and these two documents are what you quote.

Before you cancel RoI is King, check these
- Write well before the next billing date. A request that arrives after it can leave one more charge on your statement.
- If an app store or phone carrier bills you, the company cannot cancel it. Cancel with that partner as well.
- Cancelling usually ends access at the end of the period you paid for, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

How cancelling by mail works
Most subscriptions keep billing until someone tells the company to stop, and a dated letter is proof that somebody did.
If a charge shows up after you cancelled, the letter and its receipt are what you put in front of the company or your bank.
