Start with your account details
Have the policy number, the name on the policy and the date you want cover to end to hand. The details in the letter need to match what Wefox has on file.
Write the cancellation request
Because Wefox is dealt with in Italian, the letter is written in Italian (template it). Subject: “Oggetto: Richiesta di cancellazione – [your name]”. It requests an end to the subscription and to every further charge, plus written confirmation.
Post the letter
Send the letter to the Milano mailing address shown below by certified mail. Keep the tracking number safe.
Save the tracking record
Once the letter is delivered, the date on the receipt is the date Wefox was told. Compare it with your statements over the next billing cycle.

Cancelling a insurance or protection plan
Insurers cancel by policy and by effective date, so the request has to name the policy number and the date cover should stop, ideally after replacement cover is in place.
Putting the request in writing means there is a date on file for when you asked, which matters if a charge appears afterwards.
