How to cancel Xr Academy by mail
Start with your account details
Have the email on the account, the name of the plan or course bundle and the date of your last payment to hand. The details in the letter need to match what Xr Academy has on file.
Write the cancellation request
Postbye writes the letter in Dutch from our Dutch template, because Xr Academy's address is in Netherlands. It opens with the subject line “Onderwerp: annuleringsverzoek – [your name]” and asks Xr Academy to end the subscription, stop all further charges and confirm in writing.
Send it by certified mail
Send it certified to Amsterdam, Netherlands, copying the address from the next section letter for letter, and keep the receipt slip.
File the delivery record
The receipt dates your request. Look at your next statement for any Xr Academy charge after that date.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Learning platforms push annual plans and free trials that turn into paid ones, so the request should name the plan and the date the trial or term ends.
A mailed letter is slower than a phone call but it is the version that proves what you asked for and when.
