How to address the envelope
Write the address as printed
One address block, copied whole: Bundesstraße 9, 4341 Arbing, Austria. If any line differs from the card above, start the envelope again.
Put your own address on it
Print your return address in the top-left corner. Without it, an undeliverable letter is simply lost instead of returned to you.
Send it by certified mail
Certified, not courier: buy it at the counter, keep the postmarked slip, and the letter to Arbing is traceable from the article number until it is signed for.
File the receipt with your copy
Keep your copy of the letter, the receipt and the delivery record in one place. The delivery date is the one to quote if the account is billed again.
The letter, written out
Copy the letter below onto one page, fill in the email on the account, the delivery address for print copies and the subscription or reference number from your latest invoice, and it is ready for the envelope. Our template builds the same letter on screen.
