How to cancel Beauty Card Pieper by mail
Gather your account details
Put the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number in front of you before you write: the request to Beauty Card Pieper is only as good as the details it quotes.
Prepare the letter
The request is prepared in German (template de), under the subject line “Betreff: Kündigungsanfrage – [your name]”: end the subscription, stop all further charges and confirm in writing to you.
Send it by certified mail
Send it certified to Herne, Germany, copying the address from the next section letter for letter, and keep the receipt slip.
Keep proof the letter arrived
File the receipt with the letter. A Beauty Card Pieper charge dated after delivery is the one to dispute, and these two documents are what you quote.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Before you cancel Beauty Card Pieper, check these
- Use the same name and email as on the account. A mismatch can delay the request.
- Check your next statement: no charge should appear after the cancellation date.
- Look for annual or multi-month plans. A plan paid in advance usually runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

How cancelling by mail works
A subscription ends when the company records your request, not when you stop using it, and a letter is the record you can show later.
A mailed letter is slower than a phone call but it is the version that proves what you asked for and when.
