How to address the envelope
Copy the address exactly
Copy Rodovia Raposo Tavares S/N, Bloco B, Sala 6, 06709015 Cotia, Brazil letter for letter. A wrong digit in 06709015 is enough to send the letter on a detour.
Add your return address
Print your return address in the top-left corner. Without it, an undeliverable letter is simply lost instead of returned to you.
Ask for certified mail
Certified, not courier: buy it at the counter, keep the postmarked slip, and the letter to Cotia is traceable from the article number until it is signed for.
Keep what the post office gives you
Your copy of the letter, the mailing receipt and the tracking record belong together in one file.
The letter to send
The request itself is short: Brasil 247 is asked to end the account, stop the charges and confirm in writing, with the email on the account, the delivery address for print copies and the subscription or reference number from your latest invoice where the brackets are.
