Where the letter goesMailing address
Bundnis 90 Die GrunenPlatz vor dem Neuen Tor 110115 BerlinGermanyThe Germany address on file for Bundnis 90 Die Grunen. Postal code 10115.
How to address the envelope
Copy the address exactly
Address the envelope to Platz vor dem Neuen Tor 1, 10115 Berlin, Germany. Everything on those lines matters for the sorting machines, so nothing is abbreviated by hand.
Put your own address on it
Print your return address in the top-left corner. Without it, an undeliverable letter is simply lost instead of returned to you.
Send it certified
At the counter, certified mail costs a fee on top of the postage and comes with a mailing receipt and a delivery record. The tracking number on the green label is what you follow.
Keep what the post office gives you
Hold on to the letter copy, the receipt and the tracking page.
