The addresses we hold

If you are writing to Digitalpayment, this is the page with the address on it: Stockern, 3744, plus what to write on the envelope and how to prove it arrived.

Where the letter goesMailing address

DigitalpaymentStockern 473744 StockernAustria

The Austria address on file for Digitalpayment. Postal code 3744.

How to address the envelope

  1. Copy it exactly onto the envelope

Address the envelope to Stockern 47, 3744 Stockern, Austria. Everything on those lines matters for the sorting machines, so nothing is abbreviated by hand.

  2. Add the return address

Your name and postal address go top-left on the front (or the back flap). If the letter cannot be delivered it comes back to you, which is itself evidence of the attempt.

  3. Send it certified

Ask at the counter for the certified service with a return receipt: the fee is on top of the postage, the receipt is postmarked, and the article number traces the delivery.

  4. File the receipt with your copy

Keep your copy of the letter, the receipt and the delivery record in one place. The delivery date is the one to quote if the account is billed again.

The letter, written out
