The addresses we hold
The address a cancellation letter to Education News Canada needs, and every other address we hold, starting in Mascouche: copy the lines exactly and the envelope sorts itself.

How to address the envelope
Copy it exactly onto the envelope
The front of the envelope carries Montée Masson 475, 102, J7K 2L6 Mascouche, Canada and nothing else in the address block. Check the J7K 2L6 digit by digit before it goes in the post.
Add the return address
Print your return address in the top-left corner. Without it, an undeliverable letter is simply lost instead of returned to you.
Send it certified
Take the letter to a post office counter and ask for certified mail: you get a postmarked receipt and a delivery record. Keep the tracking number and check it until it shows delivered.
Keep what the post office gives you
Hold on to the letter copy, the receipt and the tracking page.
The letter to send
Copy the letter below onto one page, fill in the email on the account, the name of the plan or course bundle and the date of your last payment, and it is ready for the envelope. Our template builds the same letter on screen.
