Where the letter goesMailing address
EncuentrossecretosCalle de Juan de Austria 1028010 MadridSpainThe Spain address on file for Encuentrossecretos. Postal code 28010.
How to address the envelope
Copy it exactly onto the envelope
The front of the envelope carries Calle de Juan de Austria 10, 28010 Madrid, Spain and nothing else in the address block. Check the 28010 digit by digit before it goes in the post.
Put your own address on it
Print your return address in the top-left corner. Without it, an undeliverable letter is simply lost instead of returned to you.
Ask for certified mail
Certified, not courier: buy it at the counter, keep the postmarked slip, and the letter to Madrid is traceable from the article number until it is signed for.
Keep the records
Keep your copy of the letter, the receipt and the delivery record in one place. The delivery date is the one to quote if the account is billed again.
The letter, written out
What the letter to Encuentrossecretos says: one clear cancellation request, no reasons given, the email address or phone number on the profile and the subscription length you chose quoted, and a request for written confirmation.
