How to cancel Esprit Yoga by mail
Collect the details you need
Have your membership number, the home club you joined at and the name on the membership agreement to hand. The details in the letter need to match what Esprit Yoga has on file.
Put the request in writing
The request is prepared in French (template fr), under the subject line “Objet : Demande d'annulation – [your name]”: end the subscription, stop all further charges and confirm in writing to you.
Send the letter by certified mail
Mail the letter by certified mail to the Marlenheim address in the next section, and keep the tracking number.
Keep the delivery receipt
File the receipt with the letter. A Esprit Yoga charge dated after delivery is the one to dispute, and these two documents are what you quote.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Before you cancel Esprit Yoga, check these
- Read the notice window in your agreement. A letter that arrives after the cut-off can miss that month's charge.
- Annual fees and monthly dues are sometimes billed separately. Ask for both to be ended.
- A home club can have its own rules. Name the club in the letter so the request is not bounced between locations.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

Cancelling a gym or fitness membership
Gyms often require written notice, set a notice window before the next billing date and can tie the cancellation to the home club, so a dated letter is the record that counts.
Putting the request in writing means there is a date on file for when you asked, which matters if a charge appears afterwards.
