Write the address as printed
The envelope reads Postbus 818, t.a.v. Klantenservice EuroJackpot, 2700 AV Zoetermeer, Netherlands. Match the spacing and the box or street line exactly as printed.
Put your own address on it
Your name and postal address go top-left on the front (or the back flap). If the letter cannot be delivered it comes back to you, which is itself evidence of the attempt.
Send it by certified mail
Ask at the counter for the certified service with a return receipt: the fee is on top of the postage, the receipt is postmarked, and the article number traces the delivery.
File the receipt with your copy
