How to address the envelope
Copy it exactly onto the envelope
The front of the envelope carries Rue d'Egmont 5, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium and nothing else in the address block. Check the 1000 digit by digit before it goes in the post.
Add the return address
Print your return address in the top-left corner. Without it, an undeliverable letter is simply lost instead of returned to you.
Certified mail, not a courier

Keep the proof together
