Where to send your Kibeo cancellation letter
Read the addresses on this page next to the full guide to cancelling Kibeo.
The addresses we hold
One place for Kibeo's mailing addresses: the Goes delivery point for a cancellation letter first, then the rest of what the database holds, with envelope wording that matches.
Where the letter goesMailing address
KibeoPostbus 3284460 AS GoesNetherlandsThe Netherlands address on file for Kibeo. Postal code 4460 AS.
How to address the envelope
Copy the address exactly
The envelope reads Postbus 328, 4460 AS Goes, Netherlands. Match the spacing and the box or street line exactly as printed.
Put your own address on it
Top-left, your own name and address. A return address is what the post office needs to send the letter back if Kibeo has moved.
Buy the certified service
Ask at the counter for the certified service with a return receipt: the fee is on top of the postage, the receipt is postmarked, and the article number traces the delivery.
File the receipt with your copy
The postmarked receipt, the tracking record and your signed copy of the letter are the set that proves the request.
The letter, written out
Copy the letter below onto one page, fill in the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number, and it is ready for the envelope. Our template builds the same letter on screen.
