How to cancel Kieser Training by mail
Get your account details together
Start with the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number, so the request to Kieser Training names the right account the first time.
Set out the request
Kieser Training is based in Germany, so the letter goes out in German, built from our German template. Subject line: “Betreff: Kündigungsanfrage – [your name]”. It asks for the subscription to end, for further charges to stop and for written confirmation.
Send it by certified mail
Mail the letter by certified mail to the Aachen address in the next section, and keep the tracking number.
Hold on to the receipt
Once the letter is delivered, the date on the receipt is the date Kieser Training was told. Compare it with your statements over the next billing cycle.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Before you cancel Kieser Training, check these
- Cancelling usually ends access at the end of the period you paid for, so you keep what you paid for until then.
- Use the same name and email as on the account. A mismatch can delay the request.
- Check your next statement: no charge should appear after the cancellation date.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

How cancelling by mail works
Most subscriptions keep billing until someone tells the company to stop, and a dated letter is proof that somebody did.
A mailed letter is slower than a phone call but it is the version that proves what you asked for and when.
