How to cancel Kweli Tv by mail
Note your account details
Kweli Tv will look your account up from what the letter says, so check the email address on the account, the plan name and, if you can find it, the billing partner shown on your latest statement first.
Write your request
The letter asks Kweli Tv to end the account, stop every future charge and confirm it in writing, under the subject line “Subject: Subscription termination – Kweli Tv”. Postbye fills it in from our English template.
Send it by certified mail
Use certified mail for the 20005 Washington address in the next section, so the post office records the delivery. Write down the tracking number.
Keep proof the letter arrived
Keep the tracking record with your copy of the letter. If Kweli Tv bills you after the date it received the request, you have the dates to point to.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Before you cancel Kweli Tv, check these
- Bundles and add-on channels can be billed separately from the base plan. Ask for every line to be cancelled.
- Check the billing date on your statement and send the request well before it, so the cancellation lands inside the current period.
- If an app store, phone carrier or TV provider bills you, the service itself cannot cancel it. Cancel with the billing partner as well.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

Cancelling a streaming or entertainment subscription
Streaming plans renew silently each month, and many are billed by a partner such as an app store or a TV provider rather than the service itself, so the request has to reach whoever actually bills you.
A phone call leaves nothing behind; a letter leaves a copy, a date and a delivery receipt.
