Where the letter goesMailing address
Mango TV长沙市开福区金鹰影视文化城410011 ChangshaChinaThe China address on file for Mango TV. Postal code 410011.
How to address the envelope
Use the address letter for letter
Write out 长沙市开福区金鹰影视文化城, 410011 Changsha, China as shown above, including the 410011 postal code, exactly as printed.
Put your own address on it
Top-left, your own name and address. A return address is what the post office needs to send the letter back if Mango TV has moved.
Certified mail, not a courier
Ask at the counter for the certified service with a return receipt: the fee is on top of the postage, the receipt is postmarked, and the article number traces the delivery.
File the receipt with your copy
The postmarked receipt, the tracking record and your signed copy of the letter are the set that proves the request.
The cancellation letter
The letter below asks Mango TV to end the account, stop further charges and confirm in writing. Put the email address on the account, the plan name and, if you can find it, the billing partner shown on your latest statement in the bracketed places.
