How to cancel Molotov Tv by mail
Start with your account details
Molotov Tv will look your account up from what the letter says, so check the email address on the account, the plan name and, if you can find it, the billing partner shown on your latest statement first.
Write your request
The request is prepared in French (template fr), under the subject line “Objet : Demande d'annulation – [your name]”: end the subscription, stop all further charges and confirm in writing to you.
Send it by certified mail
Use certified mail for the 75007 Paris address in the next section, so the post office records the delivery. Write down the tracking number.
Keep the proof of delivery
Keep the tracking record with your copy of the letter. If Molotov Tv bills you after the date it received the request, you have the dates to point to.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Before you cancel Molotov Tv, check these
- Check the billing date on your statement and send the request well before it, so the cancellation lands inside the current period.
- If an app store, phone carrier or TV provider bills you, the service itself cannot cancel it. Cancel with the billing partner as well.
- Access normally runs to the end of the period you paid for, so a cancellation does not shorten what you already bought.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

Cancelling a streaming or entertainment subscription
Streaming plans renew silently each month, and many are billed by a partner such as an app store or a TV provider rather than the service itself, so the request has to reach whoever actually bills you.
Putting the request in writing means there is a date on file for when you asked, which matters if a charge appears afterwards.
