How to address the envelope
Use the address letter for letter
One address block, copied whole: Rue de Grenelle 103, 75007 Paris, France. If any line differs from the card above, start the envelope again.
Add your return address
Top-left, your own name and address. A return address is what the post office needs to send the letter back if Molotov Tv has moved.
Send it by certified mail
Certified, not courier: buy it at the counter, keep the postmarked slip, and the letter to Paris is traceable from the article number until it is signed for.
Keep the proof together
Your copy of the letter, the mailing receipt and the tracking record belong together in one file.
The letter to send
The letter below asks Molotov Tv to end the account, stop further charges and confirm in writing. Put the email address on the account, the plan name and, if you can find it, the billing partner shown on your latest statement in the bracketed places.
