Where to send your Norwegian cancellation letter

Read the addresses on this page next to the full guide to cancelling Norwegian.

The addresses we hold

Every address our database holds for Norwegian, with the Fornebu one a cancellation letter goes to first and the envelope wording that matches it.

Where the letter goesMailing address

NorwegianPostboks 1151330 FornebuNorway

The Norway address on file for Norwegian. Postal code 1330.

How to address the envelope

  1. Copy it exactly onto the envelope

The front of the envelope carries Postboks 115, 1330 Fornebu, Norway and nothing else in the address block. Check the 1330 digit by digit before it goes in the post.

  2. Add the return address

Top-left, your own name and address. A return address is what the post office needs to send the letter back if Norwegian has moved.

  3. Buy the certified service

Certified mail is bought at the post office: hand the letter to a postal employee, keep the postmarked receipt, and follow the article number until the delivery shows.

  4. File the receipt with your copy

Your copy of the letter, the mailing receipt and the tracking record belong together in one file.

The letter, written out

What the letter to Norwegian says: one clear cancellation request, no reasons given, the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number quoted, and a request for written confirmation.
