How to cancel Pc Welt Digital by mail
Start with your account details
Have the email on the account, the delivery address for print copies and the subscription or reference number from your latest invoice to hand. The details in the letter need to match what Pc Welt Digital has on file.
Draft the request
Pc Welt Digital is based in Germany, so the letter goes out in German, built from our German template. Subject line: “Betreff: Kündigungsanfrage – [your name]”. It asks for the subscription to end, for further charges to stop and for written confirmation.
Send it by certified mail
Send the letter to the München mailing address shown below by certified mail. Keep the tracking number safe.
Keep the delivery receipt
File the receipt with the letter. A Pc Welt Digital charge dated after delivery is the one to dispute, and these two documents are what you quote.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Cancelling a news or magazine subscription
Publishers often move you from an introductory price to the standard rate and can steer cancellations towards phone or chat, so a written request is the record that you asked.
Putting the request in writing means there is a date on file for when you asked, which matters if a charge appears afterwards.
