How to cancel Prive by mail
Find your account details
Put the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number in front of you before you write: the request to Prive is only as good as the details it quotes.
Write your request
The request is prepared in Dutch (template nl), under the subject line “Onderwerp: annuleringsverzoek – [your name]”: end the subscription, stop all further charges and confirm in writing to you.
Mail the letter with a receipt
Mail the letter by certified mail to the Amsterdam address in the next section, and keep the tracking number.
Keep proof the letter arrived
File the receipt with the letter. A Prive charge dated after delivery is the one to dispute, and these two documents are what you quote.
