Where to send your Prose cancellation letter
Read the addresses on this page next to the full guide to cancelling Prose.
The addresses we hold
One place for Prose's mailing addresses: the New York delivery point for a cancellation letter first, then the rest of what the database holds, with envelope wording that matches.

How to address the envelope
Copy it exactly onto the envelope
Copy 10 Grand Street, New York, NY 11249 letter for letter. A wrong digit in 11249 is enough to send the letter on a detour.
Put your own address on it
Top-left, your own name and address. A return address is what the post office needs to send the letter back if Prose has moved.
Send it by certified mail
At the counter, certified mail costs a fee on top of the postage and comes with a mailing receipt and a delivery record. The tracking number on the green label is what you follow.
File the receipt with your copy
Your copy of the letter, the mailing receipt and the tracking record belong together in one file.
The cancellation letter
The request itself is short: Prose is asked to end the account, stop the charges and confirm in writing, with the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number where the brackets are.
