How to cancel Tv Movie Digital by mail
Collect the details you need
Have the email address on the account, the plan name and, if you can find it, the billing partner shown on your latest statement to hand. The details in the letter need to match what Tv Movie Digital has on file.
Write the cancellation request
Tv Movie Digital is based in Germany, so the letter goes out in German, built from our German template. Subject line: “Betreff: Kündigungsanfrage – [your name]”. It asks for the subscription to end, for further charges to stop and for written confirmation.
Mail it with tracking
Take the letter to the post office and ask for certified delivery to 20095 Hamburg. Keep the tracking number it gives you.
File the delivery record
File the receipt with the letter. A Tv Movie Digital charge dated after delivery is the one to dispute, and these two documents are what you quote.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.

Before you cancel Tv Movie Digital, check these
- If an app store, phone carrier or TV provider bills you, the service itself cannot cancel it. Cancel with the billing partner as well.
- Access normally runs to the end of the period you paid for, so a cancellation does not shorten what you already bought.
- Bundles and add-on channels can be billed separately from the base plan. Ask for every line to be cancelled.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

Cancelling a streaming or entertainment subscription
Streaming plans renew silently each month, and many are billed by a partner such as an app store or a TV provider rather than the service itself, so the request has to reach whoever actually bills you.
A phone call leaves nothing behind; a letter leaves a copy, a date and a delivery receipt.
