Where to send your Verotel cancellation letter
Read the addresses on this page next to the full guide to cancelling Verotel.
The addresses we hold
One place for Verotel's mailing addresses: the Amsterdam delivery point for a cancellation letter first, then the rest of what the database holds, with envelope wording that matches.
Where the letter goesMailing address
VerotelKeizersgracht 2131016 DT AmsterdamNetherlandsThe Netherlands address on file for Verotel. Postal code 1016 DT.
How to address the envelope
Copy it exactly onto the envelope
Address the envelope to Keizersgracht 213, 1016 DT Amsterdam, Netherlands. Everything on those lines matters for the sorting machines, so nothing is abbreviated by hand.
Add the return address
Print your return address in the top-left corner. Without it, an undeliverable letter is simply lost instead of returned to you.
Send it by certified mail
Certified, not courier: buy it at the counter, keep the postmarked slip, and the letter to Amsterdam is traceable from the article number until it is signed for.
Keep what the post office gives you
Hold on to the letter copy, the receipt and the tracking page.
