How to address the envelope
Write the address as printed
The envelope reads 155 Queens Quay East, Suite 500, Box 3, M5A 0W4 Toronto, Canada. Match the spacing and the box or street line exactly as printed.
Add your return address
Your name and postal address go top-left on the front (or the back flap). If the letter cannot be delivered it comes back to you, which is itself evidence of the attempt.
Send it certified
At the counter, certified mail costs a fee on top of the postage and comes with a mailing receipt and a delivery record. The tracking number on the green label is what you follow.
