The addresses we hold
The addresses below are what our database holds for Wow Presents, first the one a cancellation letter belongs to in Los Angeles, then the others, so you can tell them apart.
Where the letter goesMailing address
Wow PresentsHollywood Boulevard 6650Los Angeles 90028The head-office address for Wow Presents, in Los Angeles. ZIP code 90028.
How to address the envelope
Copy it exactly onto the envelope
One address block, copied whole: Hollywood Boulevard 6650, Los Angeles 90028. If any line differs from the card above, start the envelope again.
Add the return address
Print your return address in the top-left corner. Without it, an undeliverable letter is simply lost instead of returned to you.
Certified mail, not a courier
Take the letter to a post office counter and ask for certified mail: you get a postmarked receipt and a delivery record. Keep the tracking number and check it until it shows delivered.
File the receipt with your copy
The postmarked receipt, the tracking record and your signed copy of the letter are the set that proves the request.
Your letter to Wow Presents
The request itself is short: Wow Presents is asked to end the account, stop the charges and confirm in writing, with the email address on the account, the plan name and, if you can find it, the billing partner shown on your latest statement where the brackets are.
