How to cancel xHamster by mail
Gather your account details
Check the email address on the account, the plan name and, if you can find it, the billing partner shown on your latest statement before anything else. A request that does not match the account on file at xHamster is the easiest one to set aside.
Set out the request
Postbye turns the request into a finished English letter headed “Subject: Cancellation Request – [your name]”: close the xHamster account, stop every charge and reply in writing.
Post it with proof of delivery
Mail the letter by certified mail to the Limassol address in the next section, and keep the tracking number.
Keep the delivery receipt
File the receipt with the letter. A xHamster charge dated after delivery is the one to dispute, and these two documents are what you quote.
With Postbye, steps 2 to 4 take about two minutes of your time.
Where your xHamster cancellation letter goes

Before you cancel xHamster, check these
- Bundles and add-on channels can be billed separately from the base plan. Ask for every line to be cancelled.
- Check the billing date on your statement and send the request well before it, so the cancellation lands inside the current period.
- If an app store, phone carrier or TV provider bills you, the service itself cannot cancel it. Cancel with the billing partner as well.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

Cancelling a streaming or entertainment subscription
Streaming plans renew silently each month, and many are billed by a partner such as an app store or a TV provider rather than the service itself, so the request has to reach whoever actually bills you.
A letter is the formal route: it states the request in writing, carries a date and, sent by certified mail, comes with proof of delivery.
xHamster's own site is xhamster.com. Check its account and billing area first to see whether the plan is billed by xHamster itself or by a partner.
