How to address the envelope
Copy it exactly onto the envelope
The front of the envelope carries Carrer de la Ciutat de Granada 150, p 16, 08018 Barcelona, Spain and nothing else in the address block. Check the 08018 digit by digit before it goes in the post.
Add the return address
Your name and postal address go top-left on the front (or the back flap). If the letter cannot be delivered it comes back to you, which is itself evidence of the attempt.
