Cancel gaming subscriptions

Gaming subscriptions are often billed through a console or PC platform, not the game, and several of them stack, so one cancellation does not end the others.

The guides below show how each gaming service takes cancellations and which platform appears on your statement.

24 gaming companies are covered here, 12 checked by hand and 12 from our cancellation database. The guides start with Xbox Game Pass, PlayStation Plus, Nintendo Switch Online and Discord Nitro. Mailing addresses on file are in United States, Canada, Spain and Australia and elsewhere.

Check which platform bills you before writing.
