The addresses we hold
The address a cancellation letter to Les Tresors De Boogie needs, and every other address we hold, starting in Pont-du-Château: copy the lines exactly and the envelope sorts itself.
Where the letter goesMailing address
Les Tresors De BoogieChemin du Carrosse 763430 Pont-du-ChâteauFranceThe France address on file for Les Tresors De Boogie. Postal code 63430.
How to address the envelope
Copy the address exactly
Address the envelope to Chemin du Carrosse 7, 63430 Pont-du-Château, France. Everything on those lines matters for the sorting machines, so nothing is abbreviated by hand.
Add the return address
Print your return address in the top-left corner. Without it, an undeliverable letter is simply lost instead of returned to you.
Certified mail, not a courier
Ask at the counter for the certified service with a return receipt: the fee is on top of the postage, the receipt is postmarked, and the article number traces the delivery.
File the receipt with your copy
The postmarked receipt, the tracking record and your signed copy of the letter are the set that proves the request.
The letter, written out
The request itself is short: Les Tresors De Boogie is asked to end the account, stop the charges and confirm in writing, with the name and email on the account and, if you have one, an account or customer number where the brackets are.
