The addresses we hold
One place for Monceau's mailing addresses: the Nantes delivery point for a cancellation letter first, then the rest of what the database holds, with envelope wording that matches.
Where the letter goesMailing address
MonceauRoute de Gachet 3144300 NantesFranceThe France address on file for Monceau. Postal code 44300.
How to address the envelope
Write the address as printed
One address block, copied whole: Route de Gachet 31, 44300 Nantes, France. If any line differs from the card above, start the envelope again.
Add your return address
Your name and postal address go top-left on the front (or the back flap). If the letter cannot be delivered it comes back to you, which is itself evidence of the attempt.
Send it by certified mail
Certified, not courier: buy it at the counter, keep the postmarked slip, and the letter to Nantes is traceable from the article number until it is signed for.
Keep the records
Your copy of the letter, the mailing receipt and the tracking record belong together in one file.
