Before you cancel Nebula Astrology, check these
- Annual plans can charge a cancellation fee or continue to the end of the term. Check the term on your invoice.
- Apps billed by an app store are cancelled in that store. Check which party appears on your statement.
- Team and business plans are billed per seat. Name the plan and the number of seats in the request.
Several states set rules for subscriptions that renew on their own. See what yours requires in automatic renewal laws by state.

Cancelling a software or app subscription
Software plans are billed per plan or per seat, often yearly, and the app store version is billed by the store rather than the developer, so the request has to name the plan and who bills it.
A mailed letter is slower than a phone call but it is the version that proves what you asked for and when.
