How to address the envelope
Write the address as printed
Write out Athalassas Avenue 62, 2023 Nicosia, Cyprus as shown above, including the 2023 postal code, exactly as printed.
Add the return address
Print your return address in the top-left corner. Without it, an undeliverable letter is simply lost instead of returned to you.
Certified mail, not a courier
Ask at the counter for the certified service with a return receipt: the fee is on top of the postage, the receipt is postmarked, and the article number traces the delivery.
Keep the records
Your copy of the letter, the mailing receipt and the tracking record belong together in one file.
The letter, written out
The letter below asks Nebula Astrology to end the account, stop further charges and confirm in writing. Put the account email, the plan or product name and the invoice or order number from your latest receipt in the bracketed places.
